The Role


Administration and bookkeeping

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who will provide administrative support, as well as bookkeeping services.


The role requires someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, who has a great work ethic, can work autonomously, and has an excellent eye for detail. We are looking for that special someone who can collaborate with the team, take ownership of the role and that has exceptional people skills.


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to

  • Bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, coding, payroll, SGC, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Assisting the team in other related bookkeeping tasks.

  • Reception duties, calls, responding to enquiries, booking appointments, greeting clients.

  • Administrative tasks such as letters, scanning, filing, printing, and others.

  • Setting up jobs, following up with lodgements and respect of due dates.

You must have

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced).

  • Accuracy and attention to detail | important.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • A motivated ‘go-getter’ attitude with the desire and interest to learn new skills and grow with the business.

  • Be a strong team player with a flexible approach to your work.

  • The ability to build professional relationships.

  • Positive attitude towards work and high level of self-motivation.

  • Is passionate about making a difference in clients’ lives and businesses.

Desirable, but not essential

  • Xero Accounting Software experience.

  • Bookkeeping, accounting, or business management experience.
