We are truly humbled and honoured to receive the Award for Professional Services in the Southern Highlands. This is a very proud moment for us as it has taken us 3 years to reach this stage. But Suzie and I have not worked alone; we are privileged to be surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals who have worked very hard to make Argyle Professionals what it is today. We would especially like to thank our loyal clients as well, who believed in us and gave us continuous business which motivated us to work harder to give them the very best services in our capacity.

Over the past few years, Argyle Professionals have developed a wide range of services to provide Accounting, Business Advisory services, Human Resources Consulting and Bookkeeping & Administration services of the highest available professional standards.

 

At Argyle Professionals, a client is never a number. The term “the client comes first” is exactly what you can expect from us. We also ensure that our clients always have access to our services without the worry of what it will cost. We want to be accessible to our clients so that we can help them and their business grow and be successful. We firmly believe that helping them grow their business helps us be winners!

 

Our team also make us winners! We ensure that they have a great balance between work and lifestyle, with plenty of time for family and friends. We offer trust, communication and open dialogue. We want our team members to grow professionally, but also personally. We believe that our team members are key players in the success of our business and we take concrete measures to put it into practice. This means our team is much more engaged, motivated and creative, resulting in the excellent client service standard that we deliver, and does not compromise our availability to our clients.

 

The last 3 years have been a great journey for us and we have also seen our share of ups and downs. We were busy establishing ourselves in the Southern Highlands, creating a brand name and image and developing trusting bonds with existing and new clients. We’ve succeeded in developing a strong culture of client service that we will continue to nurture and develop as we move forward.

Our business philosophy is to ensure that our clients have access to both a partner of the firm and their accountant at any time. Our policies include that a client is never charged for a meeting or phone call. We need our clients to feel and to expect that they can contact us about anything without being concerned about the cost. It’s all about being approachable and not billing every minute of the day, about providing better value for money to our clients as well as providing a much broader range of services.

We offer a lot of leeway and have created a climate of trust and openness in the company. We have an open door policy and are always available to each other to offer technical support.

 

We also believe that all tasks are done with greater efficiency and quality through a work/life balance. We have structured our business so that all team members are able to work a four day week and enjoy a four day weekend every fortnight. We also strongly support and recommend that the members of the team take time away during the year to recharge their batteries whilst still providing full access to us for our clients at any time they need.

 

We would like to share with our team our sincere gratitude for the work they have accomplished. We particularly appreciated the diligence and professional dedication with which they have conducted themselves.
