Personal assistant


We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work with the Company Director, who will provide reception and administrative support, as well as PA support.


The role requires someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, who has a great work ethic, can work autonomously and has an excellent eye for detail. We are looking for that special someone who can collaborate with the Company Director, take ownership of the role and that has exceptional people skills.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception duties, calls, responding to enquiries, booking appointments, greeting clients.

  • Administrative tasks such as mail, letters, s


    canning, filing and others.

  • Bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, coding, payroll (via Xero & Class Super).

  • Providing assistance to the Company Director.



You must have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel (advanced).

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • A motivated ‘go-getter’ attitude with the desire and interest to learn new skills and grow with the business.

  • Be a strong team player with a flexible approach to your work.

  • The ability to build professional relationships.

  • Positive attitude towards work and high level of self-motivation.


Desirable, but not essential:

  • Xero Accounting Software experience.

  • Class Super Software experience.
